- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Biggest mistake ever.. they are clueless... they had clue about child tax credit. After I went back to have it fixed they told me I was wrong. I was told they did not have time for this. Like I wanted to spend my day there? After showing them I was right they finally fixed it. The manager said she didn't realize I was married which I had already told her. Nice try. Ironic they still charged me over 300 dollars even though I taught them how to do taxes. Save your money. Do it yourself!!!By Tara Fortney, August 20, 2017
