  This is the worst bank I have ever experienced for caring about people. If I were able to move my mortgage account right now, I would do it in a heartbeat, even if it cost me $100,000 over the life of the account. I would NOT recommend this bank to my worst enemy for a mortgage (or any other service for that matter) because if you have a change in income and find yourself unable to make full payments, they will absolutely NOT work with you in spite of the lying letters they send you in the mail offering help. If you try to be responsible and call to work out a plan, they will simply demand immediate payment, and not only that, they will continually call and harass you to find out when their next payment is coming. They have called me within hours of receiving one payment to find out when the next one is coming. In addition to the phone calls, they will send you frequent threatening, harassing letters by certified mail. These people are greedy, greedy, in addition to being rude, insensitive, and impatient. All they care about is money, which I understand is a bank's business. However, they do not mind telling you lies to get it and they obviously do not care about their customers. Steer clear of this place.

  I would have to say I started the review by giving them 1 star and complaining but the male that works there (I believe he is the manager) went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.... and believe it or not I'm not a client there and I don't have a bank account. I stick with pre paid debit cards and I had an issue with my card. The lady at the walk up line would not help me even though I told her I had called in and checked to make sure what I wanted could be done. I left there highly ticked off and I really needed help so I called and talked to the male again. It was 5 til close but he made sure to assist me. 20 mins after there closing time he had called me back and had me come back in. He himself waited on me and made sure I got what I needed, I am very greatfull that he took time out of the day and out of his personal time to make sure I got what I needed and left there happy. To alot of people that would not seem major but to me it was, especially when I'm not an account holder. So thank u very much sir you are a true gentleman.
