  Service was terrible. The woman working was very difficult and seemed to want to create reasons not to help me. I brought all the necessary information and since my license address wasn't the same she wanted another paper with my address. I was able to find one and then she said my bank statement wasn't recent enough - even though it was the most current statement and was printed less than 1 week earlier. She said they required a statement from that very day and I would need to call the bank for one. I went to another agency and my information was perfectly acceptable - they did not need any extra documents. The woman also talked to me in a very patronizing manner - it was clear she was not relating to me as a person. She wouldn't give a reason she had to have a more recent bank statement and when I asked she said it's our policy. I told her I called and was not told I would need that information. She replied it was their policy. I asked to see their policy and she said they weren't allowed to hand it out. I've never heard of a company that wouldn't let their company policy be known! Also, it was close to closing time so I suspect she was just trying to get rid of me to close the store. I would never go back here or recommend it because of the shoddy was I was treated.
